It’s a great service that’s being provided and I’m a regular customer but I cannot emphasise just how inconvenient the update option is. So many times I have to book using data and sometimes I’m even in a hurry and I’ve been forced to book an uber because the update notification won’t allow me to use the app and I don’t have enough data to update it

Whenever i try to book a ride for anywhere it wont show me the available times or anything at all. I thought maybe my phone has a problem but then swvl seems to have been working fine. Its just this app in my iphone 6 that doesnt let me book any rides becauses theres no available time showing and on other phones with my account the rides are available. I dont know how to fix this oroblem but would love to get this problem fixed.

But the app itself needs alot of improvements. Tracking on most of the buses don't work and there seems to be a few bugs hindering the overall usability of the app. Again, mad props to the service but the app? Sighs..

You will be able to review the total fare before confirming your booking.
