Brother My Design Snap

After spending a fortune on a XJ2 I find that I can’t even get the apps to connect to my machine, I did all the trouble shooting and the Artspira app was not an issue to connect to but the other two brother apps that I need to use my machine do not work. Brother Canada why are you not addressing this issue? I see a lot of the same reviews on here , I can’t believe that you treat your customers this way!

I tried to take a picture to transfer to my machine and it said that it did not support my machine. I checked all the Wi-Fi connections on both my phone and my machine and it would still would not connect. Both my devices phone and machine have the same Wi-Fi This is very disappointing because I was getting all excited thinking of all the stuff I could work on with my new machine. I even tried to get support from Brother, but it would not connect to the site. That is why I spend All this money on this machine for it not to recognize the app with my machine! I need some technical help!

A just got one without WiFi connection, should be allowed to import through usb. Shame
