App Profile: Dose Check

Dose Check is software indicated for use by adult patients aged 21 and above who have type 2 diabetes and their healthcare providers to titrate basal insulin and medications that combine basal insulin and GLP-1 receptor agonists. Dose Check has the capability to integrate with Bluetooth glucose meters to wirelessly transmit Blood Glucose (BG) data, view the HealthCare Provider's basal insulin and Basal insulin with GLP-1 receptor agonists' dosing plan and record the insulin dose taken. Dose Check is not intended to replace the care and management provided by a healthcare professional trained in the management of diabetes. Please consult with your Healthcare Professional if you have any questions. Dose Check should not be used by patients with type 2 diabetes who are also using prandial insulin or patients with type 1 diabetes, gestational diabetes, or patients using an insulin pump.
