Jewels Pharaoh

I am past level 750. Really enjoy this game. Have a few suggestions for developers, but recommend game highly. I did pay for no ads but have not spent a penny on any other in-app options nor used the rewarded “tools” that I have been gifted for completing levels. Finished all levels with 3-stars but did have to do some levels many times to reach the 3-stars. I don’t mind repeating a level, as it is just more playing of a fun game. Sometimes the jewels just don’t fall in a pattern that can bring success. A word about hints, they will show you A move, but not necessarily the BEST move. Sometimes I do what they suggest. Sometimes I find a better move. Suggestions: 1. Your hints come automatically. I would prefer that they wait to show up only if I ask for one. 2. Educate your butterflies. It is so frustrating to finally create and release a butterfly, only to have it fly off and do a useless move, rather than one that really helps me. 3. I do not prefer the goblins nor the jelly, both things that “spread” if I don’t kill it fast enough. This adds pressures that I am not looking for when relaxing with a game. 4. Your instructions are lacking, clearly written by someone who doesn’t speak English as their primary language. Could use improvement. I learned most thru trial & error.

I've been playing this game for a year or more, had gotten to level 800+, but logged in to the App Store today and saw an upgrade available, so applied it. Now the game won't even load' I went so far as to reload it from the App Store even though I knew I'd lose all my levels gained, but it won't load at all. I should note that I've been playing on an iPad that I purposely haven't upgraded the iOS on, past 10.3, as I have a bunch of 32-bit games that never made the transition to 64-bit, that I didn't want to lose. But this game was loaded in the last year or so, and says it supports 10.0 and above. I never would have upgraded if I had known I would lose playing the game completely. What gives with that? I would have given a 5-star rating until this happened. Now it should be 0 or 1 star, because it won't even load. Also, you apparently only have app support through Facebook; I am not and will not be on Facebook, so it looks as though there is no other way to get in touch with you. I'm sorry, because I really like this game, and I wanted to keep playing it.

I downloaded this game a couple of days ago and just hit level 106 and I’m worried I’m near the end! It has many challenges and great graphics and the ads are skip-able and unobtrusive. The puzzles have all the perks and I’ve been able to accumulate the extra buffs instead of using them up and searching for more. Thank you developers for the great game!
