The app is just fine but from user experience it is pretty plain and dull compared to banks apps outside Egypt, the app needs a revamp and making it more appealing with more features including Face ID configuration, bonus points, QR payment codes, p2p payments, bills payments, quick access to digital solutions and payments, hide my balance and more, it’s not looking good app for the best bank in Egypt.

1. I don’t see the point of forcing people to changing their passwords every 6 months. Please get rid of that ! I have accounts in the US and I never have to change my password every 6 months.
2. Please introduce face ID log in, it maks things much easier. I mean, even Instapay has face ID and it’s a shame that a big bank like CIB does not have this option for their customers.
Those two are my only complaints, for now. I like everything else MashaaAllah.
