I am the General Manager of a Planet Fitness and every single one of my staff have trouble with this app. It works spottily at best, the error messages are not helpful and it will give staff the incorrect punch type so frequently. It should know clocking out comes before clocking in and so on and so forth. Terrible app. I wish we were allowed to use anything else. Paper and pen would be more effective and less of a headache.
