Simply put - Sherpa AR is top notch! I recently had a chance to visit Oslo for a few days and wanted to check some neighborhoods outside of the CBD area and stumbled upon the Grunerlokker Tour. While I normally like to plan sightseeing activities on my own, my time was pretty limited, so this app was a great solution. It took me to a neighborhood that I typically wouldn’t visit on a business trip - and led me to a fantastic food hall, along with a dozen+ other sites and highlights of Grunerlokker. I liked the ability to be able to do either the AR tour or just the GPS/audio tour guide. I’d definitely use Sherpa AR in other cities in the future!

This is one of the best touring experiences I’ve ever had. The best part was going at my own pace, and clearly understanding our guide, whom I now call Ms. Sherpa. But just as great was learning really interesting details of London’s history while I was being guided around the incredible architecture of Westminster Abbey and fascinating history of Blackfriars. For example, who knew that London was first founded by the Romans?! Or that Henry the VIII became head of the church in England because the Pope refused to grant him permission to....well, I don’t want to give it all away! Really enjoyed it. Thank you, Ms. Sherpa!

Such a great idea for an app. Super informative and a great way to travel on a budget!! It was easy to navigate (pun intended). Can’t believe how many sites and cities they already have tours for!!! Can’t wait to travel to more of them. Thanks for making Sherpa!!

There is currently one subscription plan: Sherpa Premium. For $49.99/year, you have access to our entire library of 150+ tours in 80+ cities, with new ones added every month.

Subscription details: This app offers one subscription option: $49.99/year for a 12-month enrollment with Sherpa Premium. This app also allows you to purchase individual tours. Additionally, there is always at least one full tour completely free. Your payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew each year 24-hours before the end of the current period, and your credit card will be charged through your iTunes account unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. You can turn off auto-renew at any time in your iTunes account settings.
