This software is overly complicated. It requires many steps to accomplish simple tasks. If you do anything slightly wrong in any of the steps it doesn’t work and if it gives you an error message it usually isn’t clear what the problem is. Even when you do everything correctly it still doesn’t work half the time. Even logging in often doesn’t work for no apparent reason and sometimes requires a dozen attempts before working or requires using a different device. Even when everything works as it is supposed to it is extremely slow and you have to wait for it to load after every step which often takes 39 seconds to a couple of minutes. All of this applies to the IPhone app and the web app. I never write reviews but this is quite possibly the worst software I have ever used.

How this company is even in business is comical. This app does not run even remotely smoothly. It’s buggy and slow. No easy way to refresh. Horribly slow. UI/UX must’ve been designed by a 3 year old. I wish I had something positive to say about

Lots of nice features and development team responds quickly to issues. Can get complicated quickly depending on how you set up your account
