Best investment into a gym membership ever! Says a lot from myself who avoided to pay & needs exercise for the longest time. Very fun & addicting! I’ve gained old muscles over the past 6 months doing consistent workouts 💪❤️

The workout was a blast, however, the app is so bad I’m reconsidering my membership. It is slow, buggy, and poorly executed. For example, after my first workout, I went in the app where MAIA showed me how to navigate the new section. However, I have to go through her tutorial EVERY TIME I open the app. Also, when you attempt to enter data in the arm measurement, it shoots an error and says you entered a “weight” that is too low. Afer you clear the error message, the app freezes and you have to shut it down completely. When I signed up and tried to pay, I got a plain white screen with no ability to enter payment information. Same thing when I tried to select and schedule sessions. Restarting the app fixed the problem, but it speaks to the many challenges these developers need to overcome to truly engage their users. Also, the app doesn’t stay open if you have to switch to another app like text messaging, so you have to go through the slow login process all over again. I was really excited to use this app to support my BBVR workouts, but it’s not very helpful when it barely functions and has so many bugs. Given that the workouts are uber high tech, I expected more of the app and find it pretty disappointing with regards to contributing to my enjoyment of the workouts and tracking my progress.

It is genuinely fun & engaging! I never used to look forward to working out, it was just something I did begrudgingly. Now I have to fight the urge to come in on my rest days because I want to go workout so badly! Since I started Iv done over 160 workouts & I'm still having so much fun! This is the most physical improvement Iv got from working out before too. Iv gained 35lbs of muscle while also trimming up fat on my abs & all my one rep max weights are 3-6x higher than they were when I started & I can do 10x more total volume in a day compared to my first workout!!
