Translator: Go Translate Voice

I purchased a yearly premium subscription for this app. and it instantly stopped working correctly. The app keeps asking me to purchase a subscription plan to continue using the app. I've deleted the app also restored my purchase on the app and iTunes store. Also, the app has zero settings. If you try and select settings it brings you to a screen where you can purchase a subscription. Even after you purchase a subscription you have zero settings. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for other apps. I typically never leave reviews but this one takes the cake. I’m Not even sure how to contact customer service. I wouldn't even give this app 1 star. It makes you choose a star to leave a review.

This app does not work at all on my phone. I downloaded it to help one of my new students. I did it because my co-teacher couldn’t get it to work on her phone, so I tried it on mine. It worked for literally two minutes, and then stopped. I’ve tried to download/ redown load this app. Does not help. It keeps telling me I need the premium subscription to utilize the text to voice feature. However, my trial was for the premium version. I’ve turned the trial on and off to see if that helps. Nope. I stopped playing around with this when I had a family member go in the hospital Over the weekend and I didn’t realize the “trial” was turned back on. Therefore, I was just charged for the yearly subscription. I am now stuck paying $40 for an app that will not work and there is nothing I can do about it because there is no one to contact. Even after being charged the $40 for the year, I went to see if anything changed and if I can now use the features, and nope. It is still telling me I need the premium subscription, which I DO HAVE! SOO frustrated.

Love the voice translation feature. Finally an app that’s super easy to use, doesn’t require to sign up, translates stuff fast and doesn’t bother you with annoying ads. A great travel or day-to-day app to have on your phone.
