Very kind robot and successful learning! Although sometimes there are a few mistakes, If you find them, you can report it to the company! They can change any issues immediately! For example, a piece that you find problems, feel free to report! It is very simple and has many fun things kids can enjoy.

I downloaded the app on December 8th and logged in with my phone number, and the app charged me automatically without any clear confirmation. I contacted customer service within one minute and explained the situation, but they refused to provide a refund, claiming it was a “special offer course.” After payment, the app could not be used normally unless I switched to WeChat and manually linked the account, which is very inconvenient. This behavior seems like unauthorized automatic billing, forced bundling, and collecting information from other apps, potentially violating personal privacy. The app also contains unreasonable terms that users are forced to accept. I do not recommend downloading or using this app, also the customer service is terrible.

In this app it is great overall but sometimes it’s hard to memorize the notes no there should be letters under each note so people can know it is this note. Also there should overally be more popular songs in easy versions for beginner students
