I really love this meditation app! The music is beautiful and has a nice energy to it.
I’ve been doing yantra meditation for some years. I find it gives me clarity and focus at my day job as a Software Developer. This app is wonderful Becca I can take yantra meditation anywhere and the music it plays drowns out the noise of my environment.
This is an interesting meditation. It helps me to focus better, and also, to quiet my mind easier than any other app I’ve tried before. After a couple minutes of meditation I feel that I’m more alert, balanced and happy. Better than coffee! ;) Oh, and I love the music! Beautiful and uplifting. Thank you for this!
