The product itself is good but still has a few flaws. The most glaring flaw is that a lot of text and help documents aren’t available in English. A lot of the dialog and modal popups are still in Chinese, despite setting the language setting to English. Some of the UI is still flawed; namely the English words often get cut off; there are also glaring typos. You may sense a theme here, but as I’m not a native Chinese speaker, it’s hard to navigate around the app sometimes. Other than that, the app works good enough to place trades at reasonable rates and fees. There’s still a lot of translation work to be done though.

I've been using BKEX for almost 3 years, APP is always being optimized and updated, constantly improving user experience,I like their financial products the most, the rate of return is higher than their peers, demand finance can receive earnings every day, easy to operate you can sit and wait for the release of earnings, sometimes there are also high yield financial activities, I participated in every time, through the financial gain a lot of earnings, BKEX I really love you!😍

For the most part I like the exchange and I like the app but there’s no profit/loss information. It says what the coin is up for the day but it doesn’t to what yours have done. There assets page shows what your assets not detailed information on how much it’s increased or decreased. It makes the whole experience difficult. You basically have to do the calculations yourself. I don’t understand how a trading platform doesn’t have this. It makes no sense. Maybe it’s something I’m missing. If that’s the case then that’s a problem because I’ve gone through thus pretty good. Without having that I can’t use this trading.
