Bruh my drivers lowkey always late bruh it’s not their fault I think plus this dumb app will reroute you even when you next and just screw your whole day up. If you plan on being late it’s great. But whoever made this app reach out we can set up a cage match bruh I wanna take a look at you . I also wanna update my review these drivers are super rude most of them, very entitled and whiny, then they will be extremely late to pick you up, even tho you usually have to walk to one of their ridiculous stops, then the app will not show you how far your driver is until you are the next stop. So I could be waiting for my driver an extra 10-15 to even longer and apparently I’d have to wait out in the rain or hot when I scheduled my ride and a specific time and this service is constantly TARDY. If I schedule a ride between a 10 minute window (8:30-40 let’s say) I shouldn’t have to wait out in the cold and rain till 9 o clock when your service says you will get me at this time. Then if I want to wait inside my house till the app actually tells me my late incompetent driver is on the way, they will end up telling my ride is 2 minutes away and the driver will pull up before I can even get there and leave after 1 minute even though these simpleton drivers were 20-30 minutes late. Also the stops are unsafe dangerous and I would really like to speak to whichever punk made them. Waiting for your response.

The drivers for the most part are awesome, however the service itself leaves A LOT to be desired. Honestly miss the idea of being able to count on a bus every hr/30 minutes. First the drop off/ pickup points can be inconvenient and even unsafe, as if whoever decided on the locations of them doesn’t actually go to the place they choose which is not the brightest idea. Also the service hours are more of a suggestion because if it is within the first or last hour of service you likely are not going to be able to get a ride because of the way the system is set up. the location services do not work properly and timing is also a suggestion as if they are short a driver you can expect to be late. I just wish VIA would spend the time and money to actually make the service something that accommodates those in node of rides to and from places without it seeming like they cut corners to save money when taxes and fares pay for all of the services.

I love my drivers and the technology works almost all the time. Sometimes the ride will be late, especially during high demand times like rush-hour. Occasionally the navigation will take drivers in the way that you know is less efficient, but generally they will take advice from passengers. Overall, I highly recommend the service. if you were using the service to get to work, I recommend building in a decent buffer to make sure you’re not late. Almost all the time it picks me up in the earlier parts of the pick up and drop off window, but like I said earlier, every once in a while, it will not. Using the app has saved me hundreds of dollars in fuel and parking costs.
