We all do it. We wait for the perfect car to show up…and then the day finally arrives that we get to take it home. Dream come true? Absolutely. But what about the service after the sale? Much of that….begins right here in the app and Ferrari has done an excellent job allowing photos of your car when it was built and you can even place your own photos of the car as you use it (just to show your friends). It has all the information you would expect and even more. It’s easy to use and even easier to fall in love with. Thanks Ferrari!

The dealer had the system send me a pin which I provided to them to complete the setup of the account. The process was arduous because establishing your account after the invite was sent did not function correctly on my iPhones safari browser. Specifically, after entering in my password and accepting the terms, the captcha box wouldn’t respond and blocked me from registration. I bypassed this by perform the account registration on my laptop. Question: Inside the app, to add you car, it’s asks the the Chassi and Plate. Please explain exactly what those two fields require.

This is the worst app I have ever used. My quote has not started manufacturing yet, and my dealer asked me to register the account. I thought it would be a nice experience just like the process of buying a Tesla, but I’m definitely Wrong. By the way, China appears as “Cina” in the app, which costs me minutes to make sure this is the region I have to choose. I cannot tap anywhere as I wanted because the app doesn’t respond. After 10 minutes of filling information, right before I clicked “submit”, the app crashed. And I gonna started all over. Seriously? I sincerely suggest you firing all software engineers who create this app, and find any outsourcing company in India or China to re-do the project. You will surprisingly find out the cheap rate of outsourcing while at the same time a much more fluent and nice user experience a app can be!
