LOBSTR Vault is a must have application if you manage a Stellar-based wallet. I have tried to withdraw my funds from the Lobstr wallet/vault for the past 2 months and their customers support did not help me at all except they said they are not responsible for lost pass phase.. I’m like ok wth are you talking about? What do I need to do to get my assets off your wallet since y’all multisign needs 1/2 confirmation and I only see 3 accounts that was listed on my Lobstr wallet? Where is the 4th one that was supposed to be listed on how to withdraw funds from your FAQ? But overall it’s a terrible wallet with the multisign issues and you will need the 1/2 confirmation multisign to remove the multisign also which I don’t have. I believe I set up the wallet first before the vault so that was my main issue. Sigh my funds..
