App is really good, sometimes when i try to download videos from instagram or somewhere else it wont download or will say private account when the account isnt private

It’s an ok app but it has a lot of irritating bugs like sometimes it’ll make you wait the while time just for the video not to save, or they’ll say “cannot save from a private Instagram account” even if it’s a public account. And with yt videos sometimes it asks you to pick your format and sometimes there isn’t an option. Overall it’s an ok app but there’s plenty of better ones you could use instead

the app keeps saying “can’t save from private accounts” when the accounts are not private. feb 26, 2020 it seems to be back to how it always was. feb 12, 2020 i used to save videos from instagram using this app. i used it for an entire year before i opened it only 5 minutes ago today to find the ENTIRE APP HAS BEEN CHANGED? if u wanted a new app, you should’ve made a new app not changed the whole app. 😭 i’m sorry, but i’m going to be uninstalling this app. maybe it’s good to take videos with though, who knows.
