SMS Spam Stopper

I have been getting so many texts from political organizations that I never even heard of lots scams about buying property lots of stuff that only takes time and junks up my iPhone. I was looking for an app that would help me cut down on all this text spam that’s coming through it seems that our government and the phone companies don’t wanna do anything to help us. All the spam seems to just get worse as time goes by. I tried this app and I have to admit I’m very impressed with it, if something gets through I could take a few of the words of choice words that was used to get my attention and add it to the list so I can’t happen again. I had some issues that had nothing to do with the app but my phone settings the customer service has been the best I’ve ever seen. usually I would hear back within five minutes. They really take an interest in helping their customers. For the three dollars I spent on this app as well worth every penny of it. I highly recommend it.

The app works! It not only does what it says it should do, it does it well. But that’s not all. Support for this app has been better than any other I’ve had over the past 10 years I’ve been using an iPhone. Note that my reasons for contacting support were not for problems with the app, but rather questions about the app’s capabilities as well as requesting potential enhancements or upgrades. I am not only grateful for what this app has done to reduce my SMS spam, I’m glad I’m using an app that is being overseen by those that would listen to users and continue to work to make it even better. And. For the record. This was my first ever (that I recall) app review - and it was *SO* not solicited!

When I first downloaded this App I was disappointed because I could only remove the 600 blocked words that came with the App one at a time. I informed the Developer that removing these 600 words was too arduous for me. I wanted to populate the blocked word list for my own needs. In a matter of 2 days the Developer worked to revise the App to allow users to eliminate the predetermined 600 blocked word list in one step and create their own list from scratch. Users can still use the provided list and remove individual words if desired. So my 5 star rating recognizes both the usefulness of the App and the dedication the Developer has to it’s products and customers. I strongly recommend that anyone who is bothered by spam text messages use this App. Also check out other Apps offered by the Developer.
