The interface is impressive. Easy to use - easy to recommend!

The interface and design is fantastic - however, the app suddenly is not working on mobile and when changing passwords, it does not sync passwords to the mobile app - meaning it does not recognize the password change. The only help I received was to “keep changing my password”. A bummer the updates seem to have messed something up.

The app is terrible. Messages are all out of order, messages rarely go through, and it takes forever to update to see new messages. The computer interface is great, but the app needs to get with the technology and times for messaging applications. Stop waiting 4+ months to fix bugs. If I didn’t need this for my job, it would immediately be deleted.
