This is a thoroughly comprehensive reference for most all of your reloading needs. It sacrifices no info that I can find from the printed volume, it may in fact contain more content than the print. (on that I might be off) Very handy for quick reference when your print copy is at home, or perhaps when you don’t feel like walking over to the shelf and pulling the book out. Separate sections for 30’-06, versus M1 specific 30’-06. It also lists increasingly more obscure cartridges like the 7.5 Swiss. The only improvement I might suggest, is within the 7.5 Swiss, a 7.5 Swiss section and specifications for loading the Karibiener 31 (K31). It has very different seating depth and C.O.A.L. than the chamber requirements for all other Swiss rifles chambered in 7.5 Swiss. Having a separate page for K31 7.5, and standard 7.5, just as 30’-06 M1Garand, versus 30’-06 standard; that would set Hornady manuel even farther ahead of the competition.

After many months, Hornady’s loading app finally works -and works very well indeed. Also, as if by magic, the Hornady Handbook, 11th Edition arrived today via USPS. So, all’s good finally, and I hereby take back all the harsh things I’ve said in previous reviews. Now, please return the 7x61 Sharpe & Hart to its rightful place in the Hornady Handbook. If page count is limited, there are plenty of other lame and/or orphaned cartridges to toss overboard first. One candidate for an expedited walk down the plank to Stygian eternity: 7x65mm R. Likely there are several times more rifles active for the 7x61 S&H (which, after all, is an American cartridge) than for the European 7x65R, which can be used only in drillings/single shot/doubles.

My husband recently purchased me the tools that I needed for a wonderful new “hobby” We have been recreational shooters for many years. We are law abiding citizens and are grateful for the blessing of being born in this beautiful country. Due to the changes currently facing our country we thought we would do ourselves a great service and make the ability to obtain ammo a little easier. So my sweet husband bought me a new reloader and dies for our guns. You guys get the rest. It gives me great pride to do each bullet with great care. Being able to help him take care of our family is a service of great joy. I take great pride in everything I do and I must say that I really think he is proud that I’m good at it and that I love doing it. This has been a one of those unexpected hobbies that has brought us closer together. He also takes great pleasure in knowing that if worse came to worse I would not miss.
