Wonโ€™t open

The app stopped opening on IPhone. Worked good for a while then wonโ€™t open. Tried restarting system per KOSTAL instructions with no success. Have now been six months wit ability to monitor system remotely. Tried to download app on Mac with no success. Very dissatisfied.

An nice app with lots of useful information, however some bugs still.

I use the app with Plenticore 10. The app gives a nice graphical view of used power for the whole house. And with an overlay of how much was coming from solar and how much was coming from the grid. It also has a live data page that shows instantaneous production and usage of the house vs grid purchase. This would have been very nice if the information actually was up to date. Many times this information is almost a day behind and therefore not very useful. There is also two icons showing heat pump usage if you have one installed and EV usage. However these are not actual usage. Just estimates on how much you could save. Why not integrate this in the costal smart energy meter? The last thing that I deducted a star for is the app requires login all to often even though I select the โ€œremember meโ€ option. All in all a good app but needs a few improvements to become perfect.
