Great service on time
Booked on the app for a specific time for the taxi not to arrive. I then spent the next hour ringing to be be told repeatedly that the taxi would be 5 minutes Eventually was told booking on the app doesn’t mean you will get a taxi at time requested even though it was requested about 90 minutes before it was needed Pointless to book via the app if it doesn’t tell you there actually isn’t a taxi available. It takes payment at booking too so you kinda get stuck Ring directly it’s more accurate.
Always friendly, professional and reliable. Great experience! Will definitely be using again.
