I’ll happily update if I can ever login. Purchased in app and credit card was charged. It says my trial has expired and I get a blue check mark where the “Buy” button used to be. I see others have had similar issues. I really liked the trial but if I can’t use it is worthless. It’s been over a week with no support response. Please fix!!!!! UPDATE: Developer contacted me and I sent my information… will update again when access is restored.

Enjoyed the 7 day trial and purchased the app. Now cannot escape an endless loop of signing in, being asked to write a review & informed my 7-day trial has ended. Help!

I’ve purchased the full program several times. The 7 day trial ended and it keeps popping but- and blocking my access. I can’t get to the program despite having purchased it. I reached -it to the developer and received no call or email and no information on what I can do to get this to work. Would love to use it. Loved the trial version. Loved the use I got after purchasing. But the next time I signed in I’m blocked by the 7 day trial ended window and the only option is to write a review. No option to purchase because I’ve already purchased. No way to get to settings. Would love some help.
