I use the app to track the debits and deposits of various accounts I monitor at the back. Recent changes required a few phone calls to the bank, but I think I understand the current parameters of the app. Occasionally, a debit that had appeared disappears for no apparent reason. It eventually seems to be appropriately in place. Also, the new “pending” feature tends to re-date transactions occasionally, again, for no apparent reason. Some transactions have been re-dated several times. I check these against a Quicken software, so I’m aware of the original date, as well as the new dates for some debits. Overall, the app is very useful for my purposes. I would suggest that consideration be given to unusual changes that are only confusing to the user when the app is updated. I wonder who the “improvements” are for... the clients or the bankers.

Even though I now live out of state I’ve still been able to keep my accounts at DB&T thanks to the app! Super easy to use and support is always available if I have any issues or need to raise my deposit limit for the day. My one wish is that I could add a memo or note on deposits. Maybe that will happen with a future update? Overall, I’ve been extremely happy with this app.
