This app is truly horrible. I had more luck on the old app from International Bank. Not “InBank”. At least once a day, I can’t log into the app. I have my thumb print enabled and a passcode. And I always keep my password handy. And still, it will tell my password is wrong. And that I need to “authenticate”. So then, I have to go to the InBank webpage, do all the “steps” to verify it is me. And change the password. And by the next day. Same thing happens again. Truly thinking about switching banks just because the app is soo horrible.

Hands down the worst mobile app I’ve ever had to use. As the other reviews state, you are constantly logged out and unable to authentication who you are. I eventually just gave up on using the app and now have to either call or go by an ATM to check my balance.

This is by far the worst banking experience I’ve ever had! Mobile app rarely works. And calling the bank is futile. You end up leaving a voicemail which never is returned. My advice is to save yourself from extreme frustration and find another bank!
