The app has a weird sign in process…why would I send a video of my self to get hired? Why can’t I just attach my CV like a normal job? And why can’t it be a platform for jobs? Why does the app need to except me first and the look for someone to except me in it?.. all of these steps are unnecessary and uncalled for..you’re just making it harder to get into the platform. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED!
