Can we get a push notification for when a payment is due or at least an option to choose a date to pay the bill instead of immediate payment as soon as account info is entered. I don’t want to be assessed a late payment but at the same time don’t want to give up the interest I’d be missing out on by paying too early. Thanks!

First time I used the app, it couldn’t find my house by address or account number. Seems the app is broken. Then a week later the app could find my home OK. Maybe the database goes offline sometimes. Maybe they just need to make an appropriate notification. It’ll be pretty nice if it works next time my bill is due.

Excellent replacement for the web portal. I’ll probably still pay in person, but it is convenient to be able to query addressees from my phone. Speaking of addresses, I’ve always found the online web search to be very unforgiving in its precision. The app requires a little patience while it queries the dbase, but it will return the address if you let it complete partially typed queries.
