Map My Day! – Travel Journal

I think this app has a lot of potential especially since they have gamified it so traveling can have more of an accomplishment to it. However, the tracking needs to get updated because I am getting tracking points in areas I haven’t been and not having pins in places I have been. Hopefully over time the precision of tracking is improved. But for being free, it’s a beautiful and generally functional app.

I am a hospice nurse doing emergency visits for patients under services. I am on call from home. When I use this app, it logs when I leave my home, when I arrive to a patient home, when I leave, when I get home or to my next visit. I use this app while at work. It really helps me logs my times. If you travel for work and need to log your drive times. Excellent app!

So if you’re like me and you are constantly questioned about where you’ve been, and for how long, or what time you actually got home! Then this is a great app to prove you’re being truthful & being questioned for no reason at all! One thing it’s missing though is the ability to label the places you’ve been so that if you wanted to go there again, it would be easier to remember when you stopped & where!
