I was having some issues with the app, but I called up there and spoke to a manager and not only did they help but they went above and beyond to satisfy my without even batting an eye.

I have been quite frustrated with the new app. Every time I open it, it makes me log in but tells me my information is wrong. I then have to change my password via a link in my email. I don’t actually change the password but use the exact same one each time. It then lets me log in with the same credentials I used before. The next time I try to use it, I have to start the process all over again.

My dad always gets their Vegetable Beef Soup; I love the Theta Cheeseburger; and we split a regular order of onion rings! Always delicious every time. (Also it seems like every week they drop a new freebie into my Johnnie’s app!)
