I’m finding the same problems as other users the app will not load and the company I bought from has zero customer service, orion.🥲

Doesn’t work
The app won’t even open. I deleted it and reloaded it. Nothing. I would not have bought this VERY expensive machine if I knew I had to operate the manual controls and be unable to be precise, which MANUAL turning does not allow!!!! Frustrated. DISGUSTED.
