Unlike the alternative CRM we all know and dislike, WealthBox is easy to learn and use the breadth of features without “coaching calls” to teach you how to hack the pentagon to get a clients DOB! Simple menu system enables quick location of tools and features without mastering a myriad of complex clicks and layered hidden menus.
I loved WealthBox when I first logged in years ago and watch them continue to innovate and drive other CRM’s bonkers trying to keep up. For me, ridding myself of that old tired tech liberated note talking and saved me time everyday. If you dread entering records or notes- give this one a look.

My team and I love WealthBox. We are a small advisory firm (3 advisors, 3 support) and find the overall structure highly intuitive and easy to use. It is the center of our workdays now. We use workflows and tasks for nearly everything we do.
There is one piece that is annoying for us, and they have indicated they can’t easily fix this. The software is organized under individuals contacts, not households, and this produces dozens of small-medium things that don’t work how we want them to. We have little workarounds, but if I were starting from scratch with a CRM software for advisors (like they did), I would definitely make the household the core organizing foundation.

Well done WealthBox. Well done.
A few things to consider....
1. EMAIL ONLY APP
While it’s nice to have app that has all of Wealth box in it, an email only app of WB would be amazing. Something along the lines of polymail, spark, or the upcoming release of Gmelius.
Email tracking, send later, link clicking, templates (with folders), an activity stream, and remind me if no one replies by a time (just resurface the email like one of the above app) would be amazing.
That way we can email from the WB email app and not have to navigate so deep into the app.
Sometimes you just need to plow through the email inbox and having to navigate deep in the app is kinda a pain.
2. Add Calendly like scheduling.
And while there is always more to be done...having an App version of WB mail would be just awesome.
Overall...this is amazing step in the right direction!
