Live courses with live people
I’ve been using Emindful’s eM Life App for over a year and I still learn something new from every live course I sign up for. I enjoy having a trainer/guide/instructor on live sessions demonstrating and talking me through new & different exercises. Everyone I have virtually met so far have been very sincere and helpful. It’s great to log on to be met by positive people when there’s so much negativity elsewhere.

Very great full
I’m very great full my employer has given me the gift of this app. As a nurse and mom I don’t get much me time. The length of the practice is perfect for fitting into my day. I do wish the live classes weren’t all offered during the day. They seem to be a hour long and my lunch break is 30 minutes. The 7 days of sleep has been the most impactful so far.

I LOVE these programs!
I can’t say enough great things about the programs on this app! -teachers are from very prestigious institutions; -class topics cover wide variety of subjects, helping my health relationships, and career; -daily mindful classes are 14 minutes-good length; -and they have LIVE classes so I can interact with the teachers and other participants: that is SO valuable!
