I started using Mandatum Trader instead of Nordnet mainly due to the competitive pricing, especially when buying instruments on American markets. The app has a lot of functionality which is good, but I think the UI is really horrible. The website also has a horribly outdated UI and the app seems to just be a different, light version of the website. I am thinking about going back to Nordnet and the higher prices just because of the bad UI Trader has. Trader is not a new service anymore, and if they want to keep providing this service they must invest in a revamp of the UI.

The app ”forgets” my login info several times a day, as if I had never logged in. I have to use bank id, create pin code (again), and activate face id to login.
