The application is great in theory, but the real execution still has a long way to reach a good user experience.
I placed my order on one morning and I did not receive my medication until the next evening- unlike a direct order from a pharmacy over the phone, which usually takes a couple of hours max.
It seems like the network of pharmacies is pretty limited. My order was fulfilled by a pharmacy that is in 6th of October- at least 20KM away from where I live in Ghamra. The delivery person called to ask if I am home, I was not. He still insisted on coming and then called at least 3-4 times for directions even though I had already provided clear instructions both in the order and multiple times over the phone. He was clearly unfamiliar with main roads around my neighborhood, probably because I live so far away from the pharmacy. That made both of our lives harder.
Probably won’t use the app again in the short term, but I hope it gets better in the future.
