Since the most recent update the application will not even open. I only use this application because of health tracking for benefits at work. I would not use it otherwise and now it doesn’t work at all.
My steps stopped automatically updating for some reason. All permissions are enabled and everything but still, nothing.
I mean, the app is kind of bare minimum adequate, as far as that goes. It’s really slow to pull steps from the native Apple health app when I open the Activetrak app. It has a pretty weird assortment of things to choose from when converting from an activity to steps, with some obvious gaps (for example - why does it have both gardening and yard work but no house work? Why do some activities have light/mod/vigorous intensity choices, and some have only two options or a single entry? Why is stationary cycling its own entry, separate from the other cycling choices?) Also, if I delete an activity I’ve entered for a day, and try to enter a new activity without hitting “save” on that day beforehand, the app freezes and I have to force quit to get it to respond. Happens absolutely every time. Devs, can you please fix this?
