I placed my perfume order on 5 May, and it has now been 10 days with absolutely no proper update from your side. Every time I contact your Instagram page, I only get the same repeated reply: “your order will arrive,” but no tracking number, no shipment details, and no real information at all. Your customer service is extremely disappointing. WhatsApp support is not working, the toll-free number is unreachable, and nobody seems serious about helping customers. This level of service is unacceptable for a brand claiming to be professional. At the very least, you should inform customers where their order is and provide proper tracking updates instead of making them chase your team for basic information. I need an immediate update on my order, including tracking details and the exact delivery status. Otherwise, this experience reflects very poorly on your brand.

Greetings, Kindly note you need to keep updating your mobile apps with latest bug fixes i guess as we cannot verify mobile number and email. Secondly otp is not coming at all. Sometimes log out also always. Very delayed loading mostly. Hope it might be sorted out. Your perfumes are Amazing and i would rate 10star if i could.🥰
