I need this app to get into my gym. Recently I have to update it multiple times a month or even week? Like every other day? Can you just stop already?

I have the app on my phone and on my iPad…the information is never the same on both at the same time. It takes a long time to load information and each day has to be updated to load…the app cannot keep up with loading a whole week at one time.

The software was easy enough to use to sign up for a membership and completing the forms was quick and easy. The door access (if your gym uses it) is way better than a key fob or card to enter the gym and uses my phone Bluetooth. I have a quick and easy click in the app and I can enter my gym anytime. At my other gym (planet fitness) we sometimes had to wait for the person to open and unlock the doors. Happened multiple times that we had to wait for someone who probably overslept. - I only used the app for sign up, and for gym entry, but they also have it where you can sign up for classes online in the app for my gym. Getting into my gym with the app is definitely the best part though!
