Notifications: • The notification does not appear when parents chat with the teacher. Media: • Currently, only a maximum of 12 images can be uploaded. It would be great if the limit could be increased to 20. • Right now I’m also facing an issue where I can’t upload videos or images, (including check in /check out image students) and even though the video size is below 30MB. I’ve already updated my iOS to the latest version (26.1). Could you please help to check or advise how to solve this?

I did’nt receive notification when parents text thru this apps. I did delete the apps, then re-install but still the same

Assalamualaikum and hi, I’ve been a user for almost a year now. Latest version keep irritating me while using this app. 1. I cannot see my payslip view and also email. 2. The months appear on the pay slip are wrong. 3. I suddenly log out from my account when scrolling down the report. (More than 2 times) 4. Parents apps also got a few problems, such as parents cannot make payment. Suddenly log out from their account. Hope to hear from you soon. Thank you
