SportCam - Video & Scoreboard

My subscription renewed in August. Ever since then I have had nothing but problems with this app. It won’t go live to Facebook even with good connection and approvals on the Facebook app. And it won’t save videos to my phone. It keeps pausing the recording while we are playing and the segments do not save to my phone. I have tried everything I can think of including freeing up storage, changing settings, deleting and reinstalling the app, all of the things recommended. At this point I have lost so much game footage that I now have to have a backup recording and I’m not able to live stream. I have no faith in this app. I’m ready to move on from it. I would like a refund of my subscription.

When the app works it’s decent. I understand that you need cell service or WiFi to be able to livestream. I don’t understand that when I don’t have cell service or WiFi that the app logs you out and you can’t log back in. Also this past weekend my kids had a volleyball tournament and I knew I wouldn’t be able to livestream so I would save to the device and upload later. The app didn’t save any of the 16 games that it said it was recording and saving to my device. Very frustrating thinking you’re capturing footage to find out it’s not there. This app has done this before to me over the years and now I’m canceling my subscription and moving on to another app.

I’ve been using this app for couple months now and it stopped recording before I pressed the stop button. Not sure how that happened because I kept checking the timer and it was still recording, but it did and missed an important part in my daughters game. Is there a time limit on how long we can record? Other than that, I like this app.
