The official Officetrax app for iOS is here! Service Providers and technicians can now manage their Officetrax work orders wherever they are, on-the-go to eliminate paperwork and improve efficiency! The following features are available for Service Providers:
- Accept or decline work orders
- Real-time travel activity with GPS navigation
- Onsite time tracking with punch in and out functionality
- Conduct on-site risk assessments
- Manage open work orders at a glance
- Submit time and materials for customer review
- Attach notes, photos and videos to work orders
- Collect authorized signatures for close out procedures
