The new format is terrible. I can’t read the newspaper on my Ipad one page at a time - it only shows articles. Terrible change -I want the old format back.
I enjoy the digital Gainesville Times editions. We need local news more than ever in this crazy world. Very happy with content and use of service and highly recommend.
Once upon a time the app worked and I could read the daily paper on my phone. Since the disruption in service and the introduction of a new platform, it has never been the same. I’m tired of the daily challenges just to read my paper. You’ve made things more complex. I don’t need these frustrations. I will be canceling my subscription. It’s not worth the $10 a month to start each morning getting frustrated and angry.
