I used to play the videos on smart tv. Now, it’s suddenly not working after first 3 seconds. Please fix this, and I’ll change my rating.

First, I paid for subscription service about 2 months ago and can’t watch any movies. Now, I download the movie using MPT service and tried to watch right now. My download movie was gone and asked me to download again. It’s a total waste of my time and money. Beware of their service since they are selling something that doesn’t work in the first place.

I downloaded this app with the hopes of being able to watch Burmese movies my parents love so much. But much to my disappointment, it has failed to work. I’ve tried everything from using my number, Facebook, and even email to get it to work but it was no use. I’ve tried countless times but the app still won’t work for me. I’m hoping that you guys will be able to fix this problem.
