This app works much better than it used to, and has an intuitive process to submit requests. Much improvement to the speed and functionality for a good overall experience
If you’re in a hurry, this isn’t the app for you. Takes forever to open and load. And forget about attaching pictures, that is the most painfully slow process.
This app does it’s job. You’re only here to download the app because you use IMPAK for your work orders and PMs already, so you know what to expect from the site. But I think the app is in real need of a UI update and simplification. Also, for crying out loud allow an option for push notifications when work orders and other things are assigned to us.
