Stopped in the middle of set up every information I entered was right but just stopped

Set up gets stuck. Writing for tech support wasn’t helpful, the reply could not be carried out unless you are already logged in and with the account set up. Finally 2 weeks later I was able to set up the account. Another 2-3 weeks have passed and I’m still waiting for approval to make transactions. Tech support does not reply. It has been more than a month trying to get App to work, if doesn’t work.

This app is a joke, never seen something as simple as issuing a card taking that long, they either don’t have resources to handle the demand or things are out of control. More that 2 month now and still can’t use my Visa card.
