DLT Smart Queue

The Thai government does it again with another non-functioning junk app. Without offering an explanation, you are unable to log in with your passport number, only a Thai ID. If an option is not going to work, why offer it? If you choose to log in with your Thai ID, don’t even think about copying it from your records and pasting into the app. Paste doesn’t work, you have to type in all 13 digits. No surprise that the ratings for this app are so poor.

If there was a negative star, I’d go for it! This is the worst app ever. You could do better Thai Gov. Too far from standard! - No “back button” - Can I really trust your data? since most dates are unavailable. Aditionally, a calendar shows vacations on the dates which are not even the real vacations.

Idk who wrote this application , but they have to go back to take more classes about writing applications. It’s sooooooo far from practical. C’mon this is the organization that’s run by government. Idk why they dont hire better people who write the application. It looks like it has done by a fresh man in college. (Not even the good one in the class)
