I went to check my account balance and got asked to rate my experience, after i pressed “not much” the app got stuck in the sending sccreen I think it perfectly encapsulates the main problem of the app, or at least for me, the big latency and slow response time cripple the user experience, especially when digital wallet apps are, or should at least be related to clockwork-like response time as an index of safety and professionalism I think when it comes to a smooth experience, the app did a much better job, whereas it lacked in features, it compensated with a very rounded up and intuitive interface. But Ux and Ui choices are made based upon both creative direction and consumer feedback, so who knows, maybe people want more features but a laggy and unstable app All in all, there are lots of improvements since first version, and I thank you for that, sodexo team. Unfortunately for the new app, whenever I try to check my balance I get an error. The issues persists for a long time and seems like it is not going away. Since this is the main reason many people use the app, it is failing badly and the old one was basically much better in regards to functionality.

Update again: the app is still not working!!! Clearly you should have not released this app until you were sure it works, and now the old app stopped working also, because you force us to install this useless app.......... Update after developer response: Still the same problem, I can also send print screens to prove it! Sorry but it is still not fixed... The wallet is not showing! It always says that it is unable to connect to the server... i will rather use the old app, it is bad but at least it shows the available amount! Please before releasing a new app, check that it works... It wouldnt even let me post the feedback from the app...
