I scheduled my first HoA payment online through the website and that was confirmed through email. I received another email saying a payment was scheduled with $13 in processing fees. I logged into the app and did not see the first scheduled payment I had made, just the scheduled payment with the $13 processing fees. I deleted that payment and thinking I no longer had anything scheduled created a second payment in the app. I am aware of my user error but why wouldn't my website payment show as pending in the app? Not a good user experience.

I was excited at a new way to pay my bills. However, I can’t add my checking account to my app and thus cannot pay. It just tells me my network timing is lost. Also, it was a pain to enter my info as the app wouldn’t bring up my keyboard and it had a lot of trouble switching to each new field. Maybe after some updates this will work.

If I could have have a zero star’s rating I would have. App has so many bugs that you can’t even get it going.
