I can’t change the loan to be anything other than 30 years. The field seems like it should edit and work, but it doesn’t. I do like the ability to add extra amounts to any individual months. Make the time work for arbitrary numbers, and I’ll be happy.

I put the numbers in the fields, and then it does nothing. There is no “calculate” button or command, and gives the message “must calculate before you can” do anything else — like even leave the screen to go to a different function. I’m a financial professional who just needed a basic amortization calculator, but after 30 minutes of trying & passing this around for others to look at, no one could figure out how to get the calculator to calculate. I’ve deleted it.
