هذا البرنامج يُعد واحدًا من أفضل البرامج من ناحية الألوان؛ إذ أن الألوان المستخدمة مريحة للعينة وجذابة
على الجانب الآخر، يُعد كذلك واحدًا من أسوأ البرامج من جهة صعوبه الاستخدام؛ إذ أنه صعب جدًا ومعقد؛ فلا يُمكنك أن تجد الخدمات المطلوبة بسلاسة، وأجد نفسي أضيع بين الكتابات الكثيرة والصفحات ذات العناوين المختلفة. أرجو لو أن بإمكان القائمين على هذا البرنامج تعديله وجعله سهلاً ومباشرًا مثل برنامج (دبي ناو) أو حتى أفضل منه
This show is considered one of the best in terms of colors since the colors used are catchy and comforting to the eye. On the other hand, it is one of the worst in terms of being intuitive since it is very complex and difficult to use. I cannot easily find the services I am looking for, and I find myself lost between too many texts and pages. I hope those who are in charge of this show can make it straightforward like the "Dubai Now" show, or even better.

When I raise a complaint, they sent an email stating they had reached out to me, even though no one had actually contacted me. I replied to that email, explaining that no one had reached out on their end either. To add to the frustration, they automatically closed the complaint, citing a lack of response from me.
When I attempted to file another complaint and attach screenshots, I encountered an issue. Their application didn't support attachments in complaints, which makes me question why they included this option in the first place. I'm unsure if they even have a quality assurance team to ensure the app functions correctly.
They need to reevaluate their processes and the people they hire.
