Hi, for those who used Jaxx to store ETH like in 2017 and don't find them anymore in their Jaxx wallet, please do not desperate. The ETH are still there but the wallet cannot find them. It happened after they phased out the HD address system. Jaxx support has documented how to recover the ETH. Basically ETH are stored under several different addresses and Jaxx was consolidating all those address under the wallet, but later they phased that out and only 1 address was kept and all the other addresses were ignored even if they held ETH. So there is a manual input to do where you can force restore of those address and recover the ETH. Again, look into Jaxx for support and Reddit.

WARNING:: they charge you, to convert your money, into a non accessible form!!! Money converted & vanished into thin air. This app itself is holding the money.. You’d think it was common sense that if they can not hold the money that you convert, that it would be converted back to its original... but NOPE! that’s too much to ask of this app... if you choose to convert from bitcoin into another coin they are offering you, and you then pay them a fee for that service... your funds can simply vanish... and there is absolutely nothing you can do about it... i have checked the information and have had the transactions occurred as accurately been completed... from what i gather, the website is saying it does not currently support the technology to hold on to that currency... they proudly offer you the currency, and will charge you a fee to complete the process... but once completed, the funds vanished... its petrifying that this can happen, and that there is nothing you can do about it... it’s completely unacceptable.. they are fully aware they can not convert the currency in a way that keeps it accessible to you.. and not only do they still offer it to you... they charge you, to convert your money, into a non accessible form..

I have been trying to contact customer service for over 3 days and counting. I have put in three tickets for the same issue And still no response. I purchased tokens which were exchanged through Changelly currency exchange over three days ago, and they have still failed to appear in my wallet, it wasn’t for a huge amount...but that’s not the point,WHAT IF IT WAS,THAT IS WHAT SCARES ME!!! I contacted Changelly currency exchange, and they responded right away and told me everything went through on their end, and even went as far as showing me the transaction on the blockchain, and they suggested that I contact Jaxx Liberty customer service...BUT there isn’t any customer service support for Jaxx Liberty wallet AT ALL, it’s not like we can call a 1800-number to resolve this issue...so I guess I just must take this “L” as my funds float in crypto cyberspace !!! No response to any of my email tickets. I definitely am super skeptical at this point about this wallet and am definitely not comfortable using it to hold anymore tokens or make any purchases. If your thinking of using this wallet DEFINITELY SECOND GUESS YOURSELF Jaxx wallet jacked me!!!
